Hello,
in the last entry I was writing about my first abroad trip without my parents. Today I'm going to write about my first abroad trip with my best friends. My sister was with us too. It was a year ago. We went do London. We were travelling by bus from Wolsztyn to Calasis, then from Calasis to Dover by ship. During journey there was a storm. Normal journey tooks 1,5 hour, but our took 4, because of the big waves on the La Manche Cannel. After that we were travelling from Dover to London by bus again.
In London we have slept in British families. We were living at the house where the woman came from Uganda, and her husband from England (at least that's how we initially seemed). Later we made small investigation, because it surprised us that the man knew where Poznan lay. According to the assumptions based on books in the room, we ascertain that, he came from the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
We saw the most famous monuments in London, like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, some museums and London eye. My favorite place which I've visited were Trafalgar Square, London Eye and Natural History Museum. We were in M&M's World too! It was an amazing place! I'm really happy that I could be in London with my best friends and my sister. And the most importantly- spent great time together!
Were there any funny situations? Yes, many, but one will remain in my memory for a very long time.
When we arrived to our family fist time, she showed us 2 rooms. She said that these are our sleeping places. We were afraid that we have to sleep in 2 separates rooms. We came up to an idea! We gave all the luggage to one of them, and we slept in the second one :) in this room there was a bunk bed. my sister as the youngest burns at the very top, and we 3 downstairs and so for 3 nights :D
We're very happy that in 17 day we're going on the next abroad trip together <3 This time to sunny, beautiful Spain...
